ICMPD G\u00f6\u00e7 Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tesisi (MPF) de\u011ferlendirmesi, MPF'nin iki finansman d\u00f6nemi olan MPF III ve MPF IV boyunca etkinli\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmeyi ama\u00e7layan \u00f6nemli bir giri\u015fimdir.
