The output was a TNA report. \u00a0 Category: Health Client: The Ministry of Health Date: February 2019-March 2019 Website: http:\/\/www.sihhatproject.org\/ Data Collection & Analysis TANDANS conducted extensive data collection through face-to-face interviews with health staff and Key Informant Interviews. The data collected forms the basis for in-depth analysis. This TNA study was conducted in seven strategically selected provinces in Turkey, namely Istanbul, Izmir, Sanliurfa, Gaziantep, Adana, Hatay, and Samsun. The study encompassed 500 face-to-face interviews with health staff and included five Key Informant Interviews in Izmir. TNA Report TANDANS compiles research findings into a comprehensive TNA report that provides insights into the specific training needs of health staff.
